Outdoor Education Important Reminders
1. High Peaks Camp Emergency Number: 970-577-8877
2. Students MUST bring a sack lunch for tomorrow
3. Students drop off sack lunch and luggage in bird group’s room. Grimm =Eagle, Hill = Falcon, and Burchell = Hawk. Then report to your first elective class.
4. Parents MUST be at Hulstrom by 2:00PM on Friday, September 11th, to pick up student.

In response to the coming flu season Adams 12 has released the following information/policies regarding Outdoor Ed:
"In order to be proactive regarding the upcoming flu season. Health Services would like parents to be informed that students will not be permitted to attend Outdoor Education if they have the flu or present with flu-like symptoms. Parents should keep students home from Outdoor Education if they have the flu or flu like symptoms. Outdoor Education is not equipped to care for students who are sick with the flu or flu like symptoms.

This year we will be attending the High Peaks Camp located between Allenspark and Estes Park from Sept. 9th-11th.

The Outdoor Ed Information Meeting for parents will be on Tuesday, August 18th, 2009 from 5:00-6:00 pm in rooms 107/8 at Hulstrom.
All Outdoor Ed forms and payment are due by Friday, 9/4.
Please contact Mr. Hill for need-based scholarships and payment plan information.
Snack donations are also due by Friday 9/4.
