Student Picture ID's: Retake flyers sent home.
Adams District 12 expects every middle/high school student to wear their picture ID on a lanyard around their neck while at school, another school, or school event. If students do not have their ID they will be assigned lunch detention. Thank you for your support in this matter.

Reminder:

We are deeply aware of the absences in the classrooms at the middle school level. If your student has been out for three or more days, you may request homework from the 6-8 team by contacting the school. We will have the homework ready for you in the front office at 3:15 pm on the day following the request. Please continue to check the Wiki for those assignments as well.  Students have the number of days missed plus one day to make up the work they have missed.

URGENT!!!!  We're Goin' Green!

Parents: Please help us go green!  Sign up for email newsletters and updates by accessing the link on the front page of the Hulstrom website! Thanks... and see you on email!

Hulstrom is Going to Boston!!!     We are planning to go on an educational Spring Break trip for interested 4th-8th graders every year at Hulstrom.  We are starting an ongoing fundraiser October 1, 2009.  This fundraiser is open to individuals who wish to save for a future trip, whether this year or 5 years from now.  Individual students will contact friends and family and ask them to use designated King Sooper Gift Cards for their grocery, gas and other purchases from King Soopers.  These cards can be reloaded by the friends and family and 5% of the total will be designated for that individual student's trip.  These cards can be used year round so this fundraiser could be working for you from the time you are in kindergarten and all summer!!!  Opening a King Sooper Gift card that is assigned to Hulstrom (and tracked by individual card numbers for student totals) takes a minimum of $25.  The $25 will be loaded on your gift card to use towards purchases at King Soopers.  Please turn in the names of family and friends and at least $25 per card made out to Hulstrom to Mrs. Israelsen in our Power Library during the first week in October to begin this fundraiser!  You can designate a family account or an individual student account.
